Join us for open house meditation sessions Sunday mornings and Tuesday evenings.
Meditation Instruction is available every Sunday at 10AM and Tuesday at 7PM. This instruction is for people who are new to meditation and those who are interested in a refresher.
Sunday schedule: 9:30AM opening chants, 10AM meditation practice, 11:30-12PM discussion, followed by tea and cookies.
On Sunday, March 3 we will have a compassion practice from 11-11:30 followed by our 11:30 discussion period. We will begin to do this practice every first Sunday of the month.
Tuesday schedule: 7-8PM meditation, 8-8:30PM discussion, followed by tea and cookies.
Open houses are hybrid.
