Stop the Battle!

Discover the Peaceful Path to your Happy Weight

Everyone thinks dieting is the way to better health and greater happiness — but what if it’s not?

Research shows that only a handful of dieters will keep the weight off once they’ve lost it, and many more will gain it all back and then gain even more.  This isn’t lack of will-power, it’s because they’re fighting the wrong battle, when they shouldn’t be fighting at all.

There’s a gentler, more mindful, path to a Happier Healthier weight.  Come find out more:

  • If diets haven’t worked for you …
  • If you’ve ended up gaining even more weight later …
  • If you’re tired of fighting your body …
  • If you want to be able to eat the foods you love …
  • If you want to feel comfortable in your own skin …

This free workshop will introduce you to the real truth about dieting, and open the door to a less regimented, more joyful, more confident life with food.
