Cheerful Shambhala Day!

We have entered the Year of the Wood Horse. Yesterday at the Atlanta Shambhala Center we celebrated as a community, starting with a lhasang in the morning. At a lhasang, we offer juniper boughs on a fire. This creates a purifying smoke which draws down the dralas. To read an article in the Shambhala Times that explains the ritual of lhasang click here.
