Two Shastris Are More Auspicious Than One!

Congratulations to our new Shastris! Shastri Jackie Muse and Shastri Renee Cowan both took their oaths today during the Harvest of Peace celebration. In the Shambhala community, shashtris oversee Practice and Education and the curriculum known as the Way of Shambhala. Another essential role is the training of meditation guides, instructors and teachers.

We’re grateful and fortunate to have two such wonderful shashtris that call the Shambhala Center of Atlanta home.
