    John Rockwell is an Atlanta native. He is also an accomplished meditator and extraordinary teacher. He met Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche as a young man and has been practicing and studying the dharma for 50 years. John is a Tibetan translator. In recent years he has become a passionate environmentalist and is currently engaged in deeply studying racism and exploring white privilege. He is funny, wise, and kind. He has a great singing voice and the older he gets the more he seems to sparkle.
